Sorry for the month-long absence, but besides shooting an engagement shoot one May weekend, assisting basic photography workshop on another weekend – I have no excuse but just to say we are lazy… or maybe we just don’t have the time – I apologize.
Oh oh, and another May weekend was spent in New York! Which leads me to this post’s recipe – Blue Cheese Burger.
On our second day in New York , we met up with Royal Chef‘s good friends from Canada, who he hasn’t seen for almost 5 years. We had a nice late lunch at Pete’s Tavern (though I had a crappy salad) and Peter ordered this huge 10 oz. Blue Cheese Burger (the online menu says USD 9.75, but i think it’s actually USD 12.95).
This is our version of Blue Cheese Burger, sans expensive bill.
